I am beyond disappointed in this place. I got my nails done a week and a half ago and ALL my nails have chipped. My thumbs chips two days after and I went in to see if I could get them fixed and was made to feel like it was my fault. I have been doing dip for years on my nails and the reason I do dip is the “no chip” aspect. Gel always chips but I never have issues with dip. Oh man did I have a totally different experience at this place! They attempted to “fix” my thumbs that were chipped and they look horrible!!! I’m so upset. I will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend this place!

i called the salon ahead of coming in to ask what the price of getting a set of acrylic nails would be. the woman on the phone told me that it would be $35-$50 when i checked out she charged me $80. my nails are thick and sloppy. she did not do well on my design either. i am highly disappointed.

After having two great gel manicures, I received a really lousy one that had the technician using her fingernails to clean the nail polish from my finger beds. She also left bubbles and my nails chipped within the first week. I went back and asked that they redo the whole manicure since 5 of my nails were not ok and they refused. Then i asked myself why would I want them to do this anyway because their method of practice seems very unsanitary. The manager was very rude and told me I had bad nails. Never again! Beware.

Left very disappointed. My nails did not come out nice. Very lumpy, tech filed my skin, and my cuticles were VERY cut up! Left about 2 hours ago and my fingers are still burning…I was even bleeding. They just painted over the dip with the clear gel. OUCH! Will definitely upload pictures.

I literally go in here every two weeks faithfully to get my nails done and the one time one of my nails I went back 3 days in a row to get the one mail fixed and she says they are busy but no one is in the shop. So I decided to call ahead and schedule an appointment for one nail and I get the same response we are busy. So at this point I will not be returning here ever again. I even have phone videos of one of the workers actually falling to sleep while painting my feet
