This place was a small hit and a huge miss. The vibe was nice, lighting, and the overall ambiance was the only hit as this place, the food not so much. Food was overpriced, and portions were not where they needed to be for the price point. The salmon was $40, and I added grilled shrimp it was $18, so the shrimp were $6 each. Seafood pasta was somewhere around $55. It was mediocre. Supposedly contained lobster....i seen maybe 1 piece. Food was underwhelming. Def could've been better. Service sucked. Our server came to our table 4 times on her own, the other times I had yo go get her. This place has a service charge, so I guess that's why they don't work for that tip as hard. We were there for 4 hours. Literally had to go get her to get our bill. I'm a sucker for great food and good service....this place missed the mark.

Cute vibes, great food, terrible service.

As someone who frequented the DC location, my expectations were high and I was sadly disappointed.

I had a Sunday brunch reservation for 4 at 3PM. On arrival, there was no one at the host stand for about 5 minutes, so we are standing around confused and had to get someone to find the hostess. Then, once she checked us in, she asked if we wanted to do bottle service, if so we could be seated in a booth now, if not, we had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table...huh? OK. We wait, but now it is 3:35PM and we are just being seated only to find out the kitchen closes at 4PM. We waited about 10 more minutes to never get seen by a waitress so we had to find one, quickly, to place our orders. Once we order our food she asks for our drink orders, I requested bottomless brunch mimosas to be met with, "We not serving those today." Huh? At this point I'm over it and order a lemon drop. We also ordered a hookah, it was $50 but it was really good and lasted about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Time...goes...by. She eventually comes back and says, "We don't have the steak for your steak and eggs but we have everything else it comes with."…OK, cool, my boyfriend orders something else. ONE HOUR after being seated we finally get our food at 4:42PM! THANKFULLY, our food was GREAT! I mean the red velvet waffle was soft and perfectly sweetened, the chicken was crispy and fresh, the brunch potatoes were also great! My boyfriend really enjoyed his French Toast, eggs, and bacon.

Overall, I wanted more for Victory Restaurant & Lounge, but I will show some grace since all restaurants are understaffed and our waitress was apologetic and explained they were very backed up in the kitchen. Sadly, I'm not sure if I will be back for brunch.

The Victory brunch menu is a 10/10! Everything was delicious including the drinks. The crab tater tots (and everything else) was cooked to perfection. The ambiance makes the experience even better so shoutout to the DJ.

Service was amazing! Had Amirror as a service she had an amazing personality and seemed excited to be here! She was on it with everything we needed! Food was 8/10 waffle qas a bit hard and chicken was okay, but steak and eggs was amazing! Bottomless mimosas for $30 each person. Great vibe and music.

Went on a Thursday night and was seated within a minute. All the employees were very friendly. My server was Blair she was so nice, energetic, attentive, and had great recommendations. The drinks were great and the food was delicious. We had lamb, oxtails, greens, mac n cheese, & mashed potatoes. I believe the manager came out to check on us and the other servers are really good with clearing unused items from the table fast! Dj was great also I appreciated the music not being super loud so my guest could hear me without yelling lol. I was impressed overall and will be back! I screenshotted my videos as pics you’ll just have to see for yourself!

I’m all about supporting the culture and usually the vibe and experience here is pretty cool. But this time I could not hold my peace. I had a 3:15pm reservation and didn’t get seated til 30 minutes with open tables available…after being seated we order bottomless mimosas and we never received our or 15min later we were told they were out of champagne but the tables seated after us received there’s!!!! This gets worse! We order food every gets there food and half way done and I get my order which was on tots later and along with that my guests food was burnt, one had something in her grits they weren’t fully cooked, and served broken glasses to drink out of. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life!!!! The server was most definitely disappointing and probably would be better in the kitchen cleaning! If she wasnt busy smoking hookah she could tend to her tables and customers!!!

Great food. Great ambiance. The food came quickly and the customer service was wonderful. Our server Kyra was so kind and helpful. The manager, Anton, was personable and greeted guest at their tables. The lobster rice was some of the best rice I have ever had along with the truffle fries.

GREAT VIBES! Strong drinks, I don’t know my servers name (something with a K) she was beyond amazing, service is great food is great music is even better, great location. Highly recommend!!!
