They know every single persons name when they walk thru those doors. And every single time, they are ALWAYS friendly and have nice chats with me, while I’m there.

In response to the above review regarding looking for change from a bank where you do not have an account.and helping the community etc. .........
I also work retail and I have a bank about 100 feet from my establishment and they will not give me change as I do not have an account and that is their policy. I truly accept that and understand that is bank policy. I do not cry like the above wimp and look for rules to be broken that are set up by a business.This bank has been nothing but exceptional in the years that I have banked and the customer service is above extraordinary . The tellers and managers that are in place now are fantastic !! There is one woman there from NY , I believe who very nice also and always wears a smile. Tell the wimp to get change at his own bank !

We were previously associated with Fidelity Bank in Angier, NC and were extremely sad when that bank closed. The staff there was amazing! We were always cared for and had formed life-long relationships. We were assigned to Fidelity Bank (Sunset Plaza) in Fuquay Varina, NC and is was as if we were reconnected with family and friends that we hadn’t seen for a while. FB-Sunset Plaza made the transfer extremely easy! They are definitely family from the start! Each and every employee is friendly, kind, thoughtful and respectful.
