Service at this branch can be hit and miss. Products and services are like any other bank. One thing that is most frustrating about this branch is that the front door on Victoria street is closed and has been closed for over two years. You have to enter through cardinal place only.

Customer service on lloyds main phone line is diabolically bad, but the branch were very helpful and friendly - sorted the problem in five minutes

I need to get in contact with Lloyds Bank by e-mail. I do not have an account with them.
This morning a person went to a branch in London and was told that everything has to be managed online. I am not a client, so I cannot find the information I need through their webpage.

Went into branch to use an ATM, they said they don't have one. I said in that case I will find a Lloyds which does have one. I told the woman on the door do the "powers that be" know about this", they do she responded. Was not offered counter service so I left. Lloyds need to up their game.

AVOID this branch (or this bank) if possible. Your account can be blocked with NO reason and you cannot do anything. I need to pay my tuition and rental fee with my money in this account within 10 days BUT it is blocked and they cannot do anything about it.

Also, the staff I met at this branch was racist.

Brilliant service! I walked in to have my passport certified as I was applying for an international account. Before I had even made it to the counter, I was approached by a member of staff who not only certified my passport but also helped me with the entire International application process and offered to send the documents via internal mail, which meant that it reached the international branch faster. This was the type of personal, and adaptable customer service that really made a difference.

Helpful kind staff one entrance side is broken so you have to go in from inside the shopping mall area. Really nothing too complain about I exchanged some old cash and both deposited a cheque while taking some money out.
