Jimmy provides quality service at fair prices and his shop and work ethic are impressive and hard to fine. I highly recommend Jimmy's V-Twin for honest and quality work and service. Called Jimmy for help with my bike, says he does it all for V-Twins. All I needed was a tire change for my V-twin. He refused because it was towards the end of his day and wasn't going to make much money off a tire change. He gave a recommendation of another shop that might be open simply because it wasn't worth his time. I also understand wanting to go home and all, but I was in need of help. Not to mention he still had about 20 mins until he closed up. Its not a difficult job for a V-twin Shop with the proper set-up as this place has. Jimmy who runs this shop is not professional in any manner and lacks the capability of treating All of his potential customers as "Valued Customers". Because of the terrible service here, I won't be recommending this place to anyone who rides. Take your business somewhere else, where you will be valued as a customer. This isn't the place and its pretty shameful.

I came all the way from San Diego to Mission Viejo to have Jimmy work on my 2015 Street Glide. I am very particular on who works on my bike. Jimmy's work and his professionalism speak for itself. I highly recommend him! It is hard to find shops that treat your bike as if it were their own. Jimmy your the best!!!

Awesome guys came in for a shifter that no one in OC could find, incl Harley and another 6 or 7 parts stores. Great service, fair price, and even threw in a toepeg for me.

Next time I need to work on the bike and I'm feeling lazy or it's a project over my head definitely using them. Great place to get some work done!!

Jimmy's V-Twin is a good place to get your bike worked on. He has fair prices and does a gre as t job. Also, for me he is close by and more way more dependable than any dealership. Support your local motorcycle shop.

I dropped my Dyna off for an exhaust issue and replacement of the shifter shaft that runs through the primary. After dropoff he said he would call with a rough estimate the next day. Didn't get a call, and got no solid answers trying to follow up in the next couple weeks. I picked the bike up a bit before closing and after the short ride home noticed plenty wrong. The bike was covered in greasy fingerprints on the exhaust, battery box, fuse cover. The shift linkage didn't have the lock nuts tightened. The shifter toe peg was also free spinning loose. The same bad shift lever with blown out splines was put on the new shifter shaft. I assume at some point they killed the battery because it was listed on the repair ticket as change with no charge, and they never mentioned it.

This was the 5th local shop I called because everyone was booked prior to Kernville Campout, and in hindsight I should have just waited.

Awesome shop! Took my sportster here for a clutch replacement, they would've charged me an arm and a leg anywhere else, jimmy got me out of there with minimal cost! Would definitely recommend to any motorcycle owner out here in the oc.

I had a problem with my victory jackpot. I had gone to the dealer three times to fix a bad belt squeek,. They adjusted it each time and then said they didn't know how to fix it. I called Jimmy's V twin, pulled up, Jimmy came out side and fixed it in ten seconds. He actually is the real deal. I'll be going there for now on.
