Dr. Day was very great with my son and his procedure. However, her staff in Havre De Grace (Front desk) is very rude, unprofessional, and has a very hard time of returning calls. I left multiple messages regarding my son needing to be seen after his ear procedure and none have been returned. The day of his actual appointment they wanted to reschedule 3 hours before he was to be seen. When I questioned the reason for my calls not being returned I was told that they do have other patients. Unfortunately Dr. Day has lost a patient due to her staff:

Waited 2 months for an appointment to only be told my referral from my doctor is not good enough on their notes of the referral? I was told I need to reschedule. The rude reception said she doesn’t have time to call my doctor. I got to the appointment 20 minutes early, and waited 30 minutes before getting called up to counter for insurance, license, and referral. Given paperwork to fill out and then fill it out to only to be called back up and told need to reschedule. I told them I can wait while they called and they said no. Office manager and staff could care less. Got irate and left. Staff, and manager customer skills are terrible. Told that the wording in referral is my responsibility. Go to another to another ENT that cares!

I have not personally seen Dr. Day but I was referred to her from my pediatrician office. I have been going back and fourth with the front office staff it’s been hell just trying to get an appointment. You can even call the office and have someone physically pick up the phone you have to download this app KLARA to chat with someone but they won’t reply for days. I’ve decided to go with a different office since I can not get a hold of anyone I would be scared to take my son here and have them perform a surgery and then not be able to get a hold of the doctor easily.

Dr. Day is a great doctor and very knowledgeable. Her desk staff has very poor customer service skills and leaves alot to be desired.
I dealt with Lisa in particular. I would not recommend as dealing with the staff is a hassle. Hopefully Dr. Day sees these, as I don't even know if she is aware. I tried to leave a message for her to express my concerns, but Lisa called me back instead and hung up on me when I cancelled my appointment!

I have tried repeatly to call the front desk to get and then cancel an appointment. I can never get ahold of anyone and the vm from the desk says I will get a message from their bot and then get a call back. Never got a call back. Never actually saw Dr.Day who I heard was wonderful.

I had 2 appointments in December. Both canceled for emergency surgeries.
Go to Florida for the winter so I made my next appointment for early April.
Mid February I requested refill of my meds through Expresscripts. Notified that doctor refused new script cause I hadn't been there in a year. I would have if my December appointment was canceled. Called office 3 times asking for meds until we got back from Florida. No response even though I was told they would put a note in my file for the doctor. Finally saw her in April. Tried to discuss my concern. She leaned into me and said if you want to discuss my staff then you have to make another appt for yourself. I don't have time for this, I'm seeing 47 patients today.
Not going back there.

My daughter had waited for months to get an appointment with us office! Unfortunately there was a traffic issue the day that she was to be seen Dash – and she was a couple of minutes late getting to the office. Just to find out that she was supposed to be in a different office of theirs! They refused – – absolutely refused – – to see her. Another appointment was set. So days of work were taken off again!! My daughter pays the price for all of this! Would not – I repeat – would not recommend this office to anyone for any reason under any circumstances whatsoever!

After useless appointments with 2 ENT Drs , a thoracic Dr, a GI Dr...I finally went to see Dr Day (3rd ENT Dr) for chronic cough lasting more than 10 years. She diagnosed what I thought I had (sinus infection) and after 2 months of antibiotics my cough was gone.
