I had my audiology records faxed to the office a week before my appointment. I called ahead to find out whether my records had been received. They could not tell me. The person on the phone was unwilling to "tie up the phone" by checking my records. I got to the appointment to find they had not received my records (a check which only took 30 seconds). So no point in consulting with a surgeon about ear surgery. I didn't appreciate their unwillingness to provide basic info to help ensure the surgeon had the information needed for a consultation. This wasted my time and wasted the surgeon's time.

I hope there is 0 star rating. Front desk person doesn't know what she is doing; messing up appointments, inaccurately filling out medical form, etc.. Also, it was hard to get hold of doctor for testing results feedback and doctor never called me back even after me calling them and leaving voice mails several times. I could list more terrible experience here but it's wasting my time.

JUST DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE AND PLUS YOUR HEALTH. PLEASE FIND OTHER GOOD DOCTOR OFFICE...PLEASE.

I called at my appointment time that I was stuck in traffic and would be 5 minutes past their grace period. I got there checked in and was told they would see me. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and they told me they had taken another patient "who was already in the building" during my time and could not see me. And I need to reschedule. When asked why they told me I would be seen TWICE once on the phone and once in the office by the girl sitting at the front desk eatting McDonald's and was told. "they didnt know" if they dont know dont say YES. I know I was running late but you could have told me TWICE and still had me keep driving there and sit there 45 minutes for you to tell me you cant.

I'm absolutely over the moon with my overall experience at the Owings Mills location to date. I suddenly started having issues with balance the last few months and have found everyone involved in my assessment and treatment unbelievably comforting and supportive.

Dr. Connolly is a fantastic and caring doctor. He explains things clearly and thoroughly, has great bedside manner, and takes the time to listen to his patients. You couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Diana, who runs the FYZICAL program, has been very supportive every literal step of the way. It's very apparent she cares a great deal for her patients. Each session is met with a smile, and each session is custom structured to get you closer to where you want to be. I've already noticed improvement in my first few weeks working with her. The homework she gives you goes a long way.

And the office staff are the unsung heros behind it all. Kaitlyn (she's my rockstar) and the other staff are always courteous. Appointments are easy to make, calls are returned same day, and every interaction has been a pleasant one. While I've been thrilled with my own interactions, it's some of the other things I've witnessed that really shows how much they care. When you see staff escorting those needing assistance, not just out the door, but where they need to get, even after hours...that's just above and beyond.

I would certainly recommend this location to anyone seeking a compassionate team.

My son is a recent/current patient and we love this place. Everyone is super friendly, especially Dr. Santos. They fixed my son’s hearing problem with tubes and got rid of his chronic nasal congestion with removing his adenoids. There was a massive water pipe issue the morning of his surgery and they had to cancel appointments until the plumbing was fixed and the operation room was cleaned up. Dr. Santos rescheduled us very quickly and even had to miss a day of his vacation in order to do so because he didn’t want us to wait longer for the surgery. You can ignore the low rating on google. And our pediatrician, a Hopkins doctor, recommended this place

Dr London is a very compassionate doctor and seems to know what he is doing. However, his support staff, although very nice, need better management or training. Their call-back system is terrible. I left a message with a question about medication dosage 4 weeks ago and have yet to get a call back. I found the answer online thankfully, but feel this is unacceptable. It took 2 months to get my appointment so they must have more patients than they can accommodate. I will go to another doctor who values patient care and availability.

My daughter saw Dr. Santos today and we had such a wonderful experience! We were originally scheduled later this month and Dr. Santos called personally to offer us a sooner appointment to ensure my daughter didn’t experience another ear infection while we waited for the appointment. We were a little lost as new patients and the front desk gave us directions and were patient with us as we were a few minutes late. Dr. Santos and all the staff were extremely compassionate and I feel very comfortable putting my daughters care in their hands.

Don’t let the negative comments make you apprehensive about this practice! I’ll be honest I was a little nervous myself with the amount and context of the negative comments, but I had a great experience here. I was able to get a next day appointment to accommodate my urgent matter. I arrived early as asked and the front desk staff was helpful in getting me checked in and filling out new patient paperwork. I was even taken back early and ALL the staff were kind, knowledgeable and attentive.
