Smita approached me and asked if she could help me by using my phone.
I don't know much about the APP but Smita is very patient and showed me everything I need to know

I’m not gonna lie at first I was having a very stressful day considering that I suffer with psychosis and I’m really really ill and I did begin of this investigation. It was quite stressful however I’ll come into the Square branch and be met by Joseph , which he then needs to ask me to wait, which wasn’t a long way actually only three minutes Grace is the most unbelievable most friendly hard-working member of staff I’ve ever come across in my 31 years on this planet .

She took her time was friendly welcoming went over and beyond. I could do not. I’ve left this Barclays branch with a big smile knowing that The rest of my day is going to be okay because I was in a hands of Grace

My mother and I were in this branch and a very nice lady called Suzie was able to help us with a few transactions we had to do ..She explained very clearly how and what we could do in the branch..
Using her tablet we were successful in dealing with all our transactions..My mother being quite elderly is unable to come into the branch so easily..So I enquired how this problem could be solved.
Suzie once again was very knowledgeable and explained we needed to make an appointment and discuss what was available..
I felt Suzie was very knowledgeable ,kind and went the extra mile to help our situation.
She even very kindly got my mother a glass of water..
This branch is very lucky to have such a wonderful caring employee..

SMITA was awesome helped me access my account in a friendly and a cheerful way.
I lost all my cards on holiday and smita blocked my cards and helped me get replacement using my App on my Phone which set helped me to set up as phone was also stolen.
