I am a 72-year-old woman requiring maintenance meds for my health. I was forced to go see a doctor for an exam for maintenance drugs. On June 20 I saw someone in the Santa Anna office and gave them my pharmacy information. Two weeks later I was chasing down my meds because the pharmacy said they were never approved and on hold. I called the office and explained they said they would take care of it. One week after that I still had no medication’s and Center well pharmacy told me no one is approving it. I called the office again. I explained my situation and told them now I’ve been out of meds for nearly 3 weeks. Bottom line is it is July 17 three days short of one month from seeing the doctor and I still have not obtained my meds. It’s a parent they have incompetence in that office as every time I go to pick up a prescription. The only thing available to me are freaking vitamins, but any of my maintenance meds are not. I have been one month without my head meds. I take citalopram I’ve been taking citalopram for years. I don’t want to tell you what I wanna do to the people in that office because that would not be fun . I am going to the California board of medical and I am going to report this office for incompetence and now that I’m ready to crack their incompetence I’m going to be perceived as the unreasonable one.
