I've been coming here to see Dr. John Fenice and Brooke, his Physician Assistant for the last 3 years, got my physical, vaccines, and other needs address with their prompt, expert service.

The office is easy to get to off Kirkwood Highway right near all the majority roadways and businesses. The office is misleading, with many patient rooms surrounding the reception desk with the team taking care of incoming calls.

Don't get me wrong, the medical expertise of the team is unparalleled with Dr. Fenice catching up with you before address and listening to your issues and medical concerns but the star of the office is his furry companion Charlie who will make his rounds say hi to his patients and making sure that you have your needed dog doses.

I try to start the healthy best I can, but when you need medical needs address the team at Hertitage can support your well-being.

Literally the worst 'care' I've ever witnessed. I cannot advise against going to this office more. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I accompanied my mother to her visit for an unknown, serious issue. She was "seen" by Brooke who could barely look up from the computer she was typing on. She hardly examined her before deciding she should be treated for constipation - well 1 month later my mother couldn't take it anymore and went to the hospital where it was quickly determined the constipation Brooke 'treated' her for was in reality a SEVERE spinal fracture and infection in her spine - currently she has lost all mobility in her legs and is unable to walk.
Had this office, and Brooke, actually given her proper care and time at her appointment, my mother would be in a completely different situation than she is now. The lack of care received by Dr. Fenice's office only allowed her infection to grow and her condition to worsen.
Again, I CANNOT advise against going to this office and their doctors or physician assistants any more. You will get the opposite of care.

I have a script that still has medicine let on but need an updated authrization form. I called my insurance company and Sherry faxed information needed and a phone number where to call and get updated information from doctor. Insurance told me to contact my doctor as well and this was Monday morning. I get a call back to call them. I called Tuesday and got answer machine and another call back to call them. I called 3xs Wednesday and one time got machine and asked them to let me know in a message what I needed to do next. Then I called again twice and got answering service who either could not hear or spell to write name and number down. So bad, I had to hang up. Now I am still sitting here without needed medicine and cannot get anyone from your office to help me. What a staff and are very rude. I pray someday they do not need meds and cannot get them. Dr Fenice please send in authorization form to my insurance company for Laura Roberts, 6/18/2969 so I can get my meds today. Your staff is not able to do it.

Dr Fenice is a kind, thoughtful, funny, compassionate, and intelligent doctor with a wide range of expertise. I appreciate the small practice - one doctor, a PA, an NP, and a small staff, all of whom quickly come to know you. I don't mind that this occasionally means a little extra wait in the waiting room. All that means is that one or more patients had more complicated needs than the appointment scheduler expected. It assures me that, should my situation ever require the doctor to spend extra time with me, he would stay as long as was necessary. I have recommended Dr Fenice to several people I know.

I called them to make an appointment, It was scheduled after 5days. I went there for an appointment after 5days at 9:30am. I waited there for 1hrs and then I was told that Dr. has an emergency, he cannot take you today. I understand the emergency situation very well but they were taking another patients ... if it is emergency then how they can take another person and not me. I was still OK. but when I ask for reschedule they said we can only give u an appointment after 15-17days. Does it make sense?

If Dr. Fenice has emergency today but he should accommodate me within next 3-5days. Such a bullshit.

Generally I don't take a time to write this kind of reviews, but here I felt that something is really wrong and how Dr. can be irresponsible.

Dr Fenice is an excellent doctor who is compassionate, intelligent, understanding, and very good at what he does. He has worked with me for a year and a half even when I’ve been in difficult situations. The only complaint I have is that the wait time is often very long. I would recommend Dr Fenice to anyone who needs a primary care doctor or substance abuse treatment.

HORRIBLE. Doctors are scatter brained and staff is incompetent. First appointment my husband waited 2 hours in the waiting room because they "Couldn't figure out how to say his last name" so he got skipped by "accident". His last name is HUGHES. Not that hard! Second visit, he showed up and they told him there was no appointment booked for him in the system. So they sent him up to the other office for another appointment, an hour and a half later than the first appointment. He gets paid hourly and has lost significant income because of these idiots! When I called to find out what happened, they put me on hold for 6 minutes and let me talk to this lady who sounded clueless and said she had no idea what happened and didn't offer to fix anything. Leaving ASAP.

I was referred to Dr. Fenice by a friend. From the moment I called for an appointment, the staff was so nice and made sure I got in as quickly as possible. When I met Dr. Fenice, he was immediately so understanding and supportive and knew so much about my condition. He made me feel very understood and comfortable!
