This is a scam !!! I was told in an email by hi road that even when I'm driving a vehicle that is not insured by hi road (company vehicle friends vehicle ) that I have to mark it as driving in the app . If not driving the vehicle insured by them it's none of their business!! Also the app sucks ! It doesn't work correctly & when they try to remedy it it never restores the discount to it's previous level ...I've spent 2 months dealing with them over a malfunctioning app & discounts not being restored .when you send them e-mails the vaguely read them & the responses show that .this was a big mistake on my part to choose them .
DONT USE THEM !! It's been a nightmare .!!!I can't wait for my policy to expire .

James was so helpful. He fixed my app, figured out I logged in with a differ email , invited my husband for discounts, and best of all the hold time was 30 seconds. I've never had customer service like this before. Superb

Sergio was very helpful. I was at Motor Vehicle and they were missing information about my insurance policy. I called HiRoad and Sergio answered my call very quickly in a timely manner. He was very polite while addressing my need.. Within seconds he had electronically sent my policy to Motor Vehicle and they were able to complete my registration without having to return another day.

10 stars for the representative, Skylar I spoke with. His customer service is impeccable! High Road insurance was good to me, but when the premium increased I was able to find insurance MUCH lower insurance.

I had Jesus as my representative and he explained everything thoroughly. The rate they gave me was not only the cheapest I found but also you are getting discounts on a monthly basis based off their motion activated app. Super cool technology I never experienced before and it makes me excited to start my new car insurance and to continue safe driving. Thanks for answering all my questions and for your kindness.

I love HiRoad, cheap and for the most part reliable. The service is always quickly taken care of by the friendliest and patient workers. My only complaint is that the towing service for roadside assistance tends to change often. I was about 18 miles from home when I requested one but was told I'm only covered for 12 miles. A previous tow I had months prior was completely covered and I was about 40 miles away from home that time. I'm not sure why this happens but it can be very irritating. Other than that, I would 9/10 recommend this insurance to everyone Thanks Sergio!!!!!
