I have been a customer since 2017. I was an happy client for the first years but it has became a real nightmare now from all angles. The worst part is the customer assistance, it’s literally impossible to speak with someone in a reasonable timeframe. I have been waiting for urgent documents for weeks and nobody there seems to be able to help. This level is assistance is below any acceptable level, I am leaving this bank very soon and would not recommend it to anyone.

Worst bank ever. When I was a new customer, they suddenly blocked my accounts/cards without any information when we were on vacation! When I asked for mortgage offer, they ghosted me and never had a reply. Now they are closing my accounts again suddenly. I would never trust this bank, even for private banking.

I have been a customer of ING Luxembourg since 2017 and until now, I hadn't faced any major issues. However, since last Friday, my accounts and cards have been blocked without any explanation. Despite my numerous attempts to seek information, I am still waiting for a response. This situation is absolutely unacceptable and has left me completely baffled.

I had the same experience as a number of other reviewers. They blocked my account without warning. My account manager didn't even return my calls on this issue. They have stopped caring it seems.

ING simply closed my bank account without any explanation. I would advise everyone to avoid this bank.

The worst bank in the world, they are closing accounts and they dont tell you why, for no reason, it doesnt matter how good a customer you are, how much money you have or if you pay or not your fees. Now they blocked my card also, so that I can not withdraw cash, eventhough my account is supposed to still be activ till Jan. I paid all my fees in time, I am a good client. Totally unprofessional. Be very careful with them!! Try to avoid them as much as possible. !

Can anyone help me with activating my bank account. It's been 3 weeks have open ed my account at the Grand rue branch lux. However, no one is bother to respond. My relationship manager also do not have any clue of why and where the account status is. I have received all my card details. However the account is not activated. It really dis heartening to see that Luxembourg do not hv a proper bank system to create nd help exparts. And ing being a global bank is not even working towards the development or benefit of the customer and there queries.
