I was referred to this agency by my realtor and the only time that they had the decency to call me was when they needed information for my policy. On top making mistakes on the policy they decided not to include or even ask if we wanted personal property included. Then came the renewal and no one called. I finally got a call from Lisette and I had the opportunity to explain my concerns. When it was renewal time, they decided to not send any paperwork to our lender and left us at risk with no insurance. I called the agency and spoke with someone who could barely carry a conversation so she transferred to Felicia. This woman was either having a bad day or simply does not understand one single thing about customer service (the one thing insurance agents do). After not allowing me to speak, she went ahead and blamed it all on the lender. The lack of professionalism was a new low standard and one that really left with a bad taste. After explaining who she was and utilizing all the nepotism rules in the book, she said she would talk to the lender and get it solved. I ended up having to do all the work myself after the lender confirmed they never received anything until that day I spoke with Felicia. After it was all said and done, she said that I am consumer and can go anywhere else. I will gladly take her advice right after this term. Sad day for the man that founded a company off his hard work and now be given to this woman that has zero respect for her customers.
