Dr Sach's actually cares she reviews your medical history and notices when things aren't working, when it's not she is willing to try different treatments instead of giving up on you or saying, " It's part of the autoimmune disease" She wants to do everything in her power to make sure you're comfortable, and stable. She's always aware and keeping her eye on all of my labs, organs and joints. Definitely recommend her for any autoimmune disease.

I've been a patient of Dr.Sachs for over two and a half years now and when I first arrived into her care my health and quality of life was at a low point . After the initial visits ,
consultations , tests , labs , proper diagnosis of my illinesses which later lead to medications , therapies, knowledment and awareness my health and quality of life has definitely improved under her care . Dr.Sachs is always professional , thural ,and compassionate -- she always listens to my concerns , she always greets me with a smile , she's pleasant , polite and she explains my health issues , their causes and our method of defense and treatments . Dr.Sachs also monitors and exibits great concern for my other related illinesses including those being treated by my other doctors such as my Neurologist and Nephrologist that are NOT even part of the Pinnacle Health system and she goes as far as to correspond with them on behalf of my complete care . Dr.Sachs bed side manners , attentiveness , compassion , concerns and professionalism is above top grade and she definitely gets an A+ from me . The medical assistant Trish along with the staff at check in and check out area are always friendly , polite , professional , helpful and do an awesome job in their duties - they always return my calls in a timely manner , answer my questions , instructions and assist with my prescriptions . Had my appt today. She wouldn't even listen to me. She flat out told me my appt wasn't even about me. I asked her if I could try a new medication that has been helping hundreds with controlling fibro pain. It's not an opiat . She refused to even look at the information i brought her. She was more than willing to put me back on cymbalta and gabapentin which i stopped myself due to the weight gain. Her comment to me was maybe if I lost weight and exercised more. I told her i would love to walk with out pain. She initially told me i had osteoarthritis and when i asked about the nodules on my fingers, because that is a sign of rheumatoid arthritis, she totally forgot that she just told me I had osteoarthritis and blamed it all on fibro which she then repeated herself by stating we don't treat for that. Total waste of time and she needs to be fired! A new nd I am telling everyone how horrible she i . If I could leave a 0 I would
