Kindness and gentleness is free when it comes to providing quality of care for patients. Unfortunately this did not occur in this case. The post procedural instructions were minimal. Even when asked questions the doctor appeared bothered or inconvenienced. I didn't say anything to the doctor, but I had to learn the post procedural instructions online. The follow-up appointment was the same. Although, during the initial appointment we discussed other matters regarding my foot. He closed out the appointment by stating, "I never have to see you again."

My hope is that these times were outliers and not the majority.

The receptionist and another young lady were the only ones I talked to there. They did not tell me ahead of time that I had a copay. Which I knew nothing about. On the day of my appointment, I was 10 minutes early, filled out the new patient paperwork which asked why are you here today. After I waited for a total of 20 minutes, the receptionist tells me I have a copay. I tell her I knew nothing about a copay. She proceeds to go in the back and get another young lady. As they are both looking at my chart, the receptionist says out loud, ewww and the reason I was there. In front of 2 other patients who are in the waiting room and could hear everything she said. I was at this point outraged. I kept my cool and proceeded to tell them in a not so respectful way that I will go somewhere else. I said thank you for nothing and have a wonderful day. I have never had anything like this happen at any Doctor's office, NEVER!!

Would not recommend this podiatrist. He did my moms toenails and her left great toenail is to the point 8 weeks later she cannot wear her shoe comfortably. Scheduled appointment and they call to verify the morning of and said I had to call back by 9:30 am to verify the 10am appt. and called back at 9:15 to be told that he was already on his way back to the office and will not come. They never tried to call my mom. They then said they had only my phone number however they have called her previously. So, my mom who is paralyzed on the right side of her body got out of her recliner into her wheelchair to be ready to let him in. Understand that my mom transferring from one chair to another is very difficult and now I have to call her and tell her that he is not coming.? Also a very very unprofessional office staff. The voicemail indicated Very clearly that I had to call by 930 or the visit would be canceled. I was in an appointment for my job so I figured getting out by 910 or 915 would give me ample time to call them since the voicemail very clearly said 9:30 AM. But I’m disrespecting this office staff person because I’m upset that my mom will now have to wait another three weeks or so for an appointment? She tried to turn everything around on me stating that their policy is one hour prior to the appointment time and she was trying to give me leeway. She never one time said one hour prior to the appointment she only said that the appointment had to be verified or they would not come. Ridiculous! I do not recommend utilizing this podiatrist at all. If there was a score lower than a one star that’s what I would give them.

Dr. Greer has shown me nothing but respect. He answers all your questions and when you get an injection, he gives you options to distract you, inwhich I absolutely love...it works. The staff is wonderful as well. I have not had any issues. I like he gives you options for your treatment plan. Again so far so good with my plan..

Thanks to Dr. GREER AND HIS STAFF

I would not recommend anyone who wants to be treated with dignity and respect to use this podiatry office. While the podiatrists have provided good service, their office staff ( particularly the office manager) is unprofessional, rude, and lack any semblance of training in customer service. As the head of this practice, I fail to understand why and how Dr Greer allows such substandard interface to represent his practice. I encourage anyone thinking of using this service to avoid being disrespected, as there are too many other competent podiatry practices in the Harrisburg area that are welcoming.

Run. The office staff is horrible they wasted my nanas time coming for an appt that her insurance would not allow and when we rescheduled for 3 months later and that date finally arrived. They called the day before to confirm and I asked them to please confirm which service would be rendered so as to not have my 82 year nana waste her time, the woman put another woman on the phone who started yelling at me and sai " well don't come if you are going to talk to us like we don't know how to do our job". I was lost first of all if you did know how to due you job we would not be having this conversation, but I said to her I never raised my voice or disrespected you so it is unclear to me why you are so upset. I then asked her to have the Dr, call me back , which I have a feeling he will never know about.
