This was amazing. I got this T-shirt within two days. All I had to do was show her what design I wanted everyone else wants you to email email. Some people don’t email. All you have to do is send a picture to her phone. It was very convenient. My daughter needed, this shirt in two days this was an amazing customer service. I will be ordering more things from her. Love the T-shirt love the design. This was so amazing and I was calling and calling everywhere in town and no one could print this shirt with two days and it was right down the street from my house so convenient the best so nice The fabric of the shirt is so soft it fits perfect thank you again. On September 3, 2024, I contacted Valerie’s shop to do a job for my brand. Also, to support small businesses in the community. I dropped off 110 shirts after working out all details with her. I paid her half to start the job. She said she could do the job by a specific date and would have the mock up complete; ready a few days prior to the event. She did not deliver as agreed. She blamed me for her screen printing errors. Was NOT knowledgeable regarding my order and her abilities. She caused me to miss a networking event with the mock up that was not ready after almost 3 weeks of having the shirts and images.
She called afterwards demanding full payment of invoice or she would not 1. Allow me to see the mock up finished product for approval. Then said she wouldn’t start the order at all unless paid in full.
I asked for a refund and attempted to pick up my 110 shirts. She then tells me I wasn’t getting anything and would not get a refund of any kind.
She actually took 8 of my tshirts from the boxes I dropped off and left me with 102. So, she’s a thief also. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute charges. She does not know how to do real business. Is not professional. The mock up was partially done and looked “off”. She definitely took me out of character by contacting me at work making demands stating if I didn’t pay she was keeping everything. I sent her a text telling her I was coming to pick up my shirts at her Irving Shared Space Location. She tried to leave by escort with some guy after I pulled in the parking lot.
Don’t use her services unless you want to possibly have a fight on your hands(legally).
What she said she could do I am told by a reputable t shirt printing company was impossible. I got my money back and went with the other company. So, everything isn’t a loss. I’ll have the entire order done within a week.
Spend the extra $ to have it done right and to avoid unnecessary drama and attempted strong arming.
