Wonderful carpet cleaner repair experience. Our carpet cleaner was still under warranty, but having problems. The owner tried to fix it, saw that it wasn’t repairable, and just replaced it with a new cleaner. I would definitely use this company again.

I went in on a Saturday with my broken Bissell vacuum and they not only knew exactly what the problem was but they replaced the vacuum with a brand new one at a fraction of the cost. The whole interaction took maybe 5 minutes (a major win since I was on my way to a bridal shower and live very far away). They were so friendly and helpful - could not recommend them enough!!

Joseph is the best! I had a beloved Bissell for 6 years. Sadly, it couldn’t be fixed as parts were not available. I bought a replacement (same model) that he offered to me at a great price.
