I don’t know what is going on now, but the service of this business from a year ago I was here till now has went down. Scott is a gem, and I wish he was in the salon more. When they were just opening with few customers, Susan actually cared about doing your nails correctly and not rushing and not having a horrible attitude towards you. I’ve recommended people to come because of Scott, Wendy, and Susan because they have done beautiful work to my nails last year and always catered to me. I never had to look at the work being done b/c it was always correct and it lasted me up to a month or so with no breakage. Now, I haven’t seen Scott since last year and every time I call to try and set up an appointment with Wendy, I get hit with reasons that she is away or in the hospital but then when I come into the salon, she’s there working on others’ nails. Also, when I’m told that Wendy will be doing my nails, Susan ends up doing my nails which was fine at first (I always requested her when Wendy wasn’t available) but these last couple times with her just gave lazy, bad attitude, and no care for good service. I was turned off. The nail she replaced (after she tried putting gel powder on a broken nail instead of replacing the broken nail in the first place like I told her) that nail also lifted up as well. I currently have nail glue on some of my nails so they won’t keep lifting before my next nail appt. My nails looked rushed. I never had issues like this with Susan, but the last visit was terrible. And then when you tell Susan or Smiley/Sunny (another nail tech) what they’re doing wrong or what you actually want, they catch attitude and try to argue with you instead of listening and doing what they’re told because WE are the customers paying money for service.

I just called them today 4/18/24 to schedule an appointment with Wendy or Scott and I was hit with the same reasons. I asked if there was anyone else in there that knows how to do nails and I was told there is no one. I would think gaining more customers would have them providing the same great service they once gave last year.

ZERO STARS! The head lady doing my nails would not listen to me when I communicated I was not happy with my nails. She was super RACIST and yelled that she doesn’t want my money and I should go to someone that looks like me. I have had experience in nails before and she was terrible. I tried to be kind and even proceeded to cover my friend’s nails with Tiffany. The head lady told me I don’t have money. I tried to tip on top of Tiffany’s great service to my friend in cash and asked for change the head lady said they had none. So her employee missed her tip because of problematic colleague. I apologized to Tiffany and the head lady continued to yell at me to get out. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. What a terrible experience for me my friend and the other customers. The head lady asked one of the customers to verify what I was saying the customer agreed with me. she still continued to yell and tell me to go to someone that looks like me. I usually don’t go out my way like this but this needs to be known of.

DOS: 4/14/24 As I am writing this I am still inside of this terrible establishment I came in at 11am as soon as they opened first person there was one lady there I asked her was the owner lady coming in today she stated she is on her way she asked me what am I getting a pedicure she started the water and everything the owner lady came proceeded to start my pedicure she seem to already have an attitude first thing in the morning as she’s doing my pedicure she asked me why am I keep looking at what she’s doing ? Never have I ever been asked that I simply replied I’m looking at the work being done then of course she talks in her language, the whole thing about her demeanor was just off and I have been here before and she serviced me before way different experience from last time she was just very nasty to me once she started painting my toes I simply told her I don’t like the color it’s too light this was even after 2nd coat she completely went off and said to me I don’t do for you anymore and said if I want her to take it off extra $20 she said I complain when nothing was complain about until we got to the color I will never be back ever again they don’t care well she don’t care she is very nasty does not run a business giving out bad customer service but please save your money from this place !!!ZERO STARSSSSS Had to literally go somewhere else and get a repair spent extra money all trying to get a decent pedicure and all this from the owner she a very rude delusional person and I think she needs to be put out of business with her kind of behavior never have I ever !!!!

I love V Nails Spa, it's the only salon I patronize, my girl Wendy is awesome, everyone does good work and they always make you feel welcomed, and do not pressure you into buying other services, but are more than happy to abridge.

Very nice place, and the staff is friendly. Wendy and Sonny are amazing! Wendy is the whole package. She did my mani, pedi and my brows and all looked clean, and tight. She is a perfectionist so you won’t leave disappointed. My pedi made my feet so soft which can be a challenge (I have very dry skin). Love! Give this salon a try and ask for Wendy!

This is my first and last time going to this place. I got a pedicure and a manicure both weren’t good at all . My pedicure was rushed , no conversation at all.i asked for matte black on my nails with designs the first coat that was put on starting bubbling he would not have took it off unless i said something , he had to take that coat off and use another brand of the matte I’ve been there for 3 hours and am not pleased at all. I asked for designs he tried to do a design i didn’t like the design so i asked to have it removed they cannot do trendy designs or nails. My overlay looks a mess my nails are uneven I have to go someplace else to get my nails and toes fixed i hate it. Would not Recommend this location
