Went in to V&V today to pick up a washer belt. The girl at the counter needed a part #. Proceeded to ask me for it. Showed no signs of wanting to help. Then her boss came to the counter and proceeded to berate me. I left without purchasing anything. Rozman brothers in Steelton took immediate and very good care of me. Will NEVER use v&v again

Counter help is rude and unhelpful. Even had the bulb in hand with the part # and still would not look for it. So much for customer service!

Was a great place. Now nothing but confusion. Ordered parts and didn't hear anything back. I called in a week later and they didn't have any records of the order. They said some parts from another order were there. Sent my technician to pick them up and they said a bill for $100 needed paid before we can pick up the parts. My bill has always been paid. It was the best place around for appliance parts. They could find anything you needed or spend the time to figure it out. Now when u call they just say they can't get it or it's on back order ..sorry. Not wasting any more money or time here.

Over the past year, V&V has become my go-to supplier for my appliance repair business. The speed and quality of customer service is unmatched. My rep, Tony, is always a quick text or phone call away if any questions or issues arise. Tony understands the business and truly cares about his customers. We had a mishap with FexEx which was no fault of V&V. Within 10 minutes of reaching out they had everything taken care of and even followed up afterwards. I built my business on integrity and quality service and am happy to support a supplier who shares those values. Also worth mentioning we are located 335 miles from the main distribution center and always receive parts next day if ordered before closing time. They actually drive each order from Ohio to PA, and ship from there to cut shipping time. That's above and beyond and very much appreciated by myself and my customers. If you're looking for a quick, reliable, and responsive supplier it doesn't get better than this.

Great customer service. Rebuilt my washer and dryer with parts from V&V. They also found a part for an older stove I had to repair. The lady (Patsy) who helped me find the parts I needed was awesome! I highly recommend this appliance parts supplier!

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff! I had a knob break on my GE dryer which made dryer inoperable. The part was in stock, cheaper than Amazon, and picked it up same day from their store. Thanks!
