This place is amazing. When you go with a group of people - they actually SEAT YOU TOGETHER!!! My mom and sister and i went here before my wedding and their work on our nails was IMPECCABLE. Absolutely perfect and the nail techs were so nice and fun. This is the only place I go. My sister in law had her first pedicure ever here and LOVE IT!

I’ve been to this salon 3 visits I will continue to rate the 3 visits at 5 stars due to the following
1. No wait time regardless if apt made or not they will seat you in a actual chair and give expectancy time
2. Very Clean , organized many many selections in any type of nails
3.Offers beverages with massages throughout your visit
4. Children friendly, although many of us like to be in a nail salon without children I’ve taken my 7 &8 year old who are well behaved , I expected that I would be frowned apon ans skimped on with their treatment but no still treated respectfully and offerd all equil services . This was a bonus to me to have my children treated right because at the end of the day a well behaved person is still going to pay for the services receaved ans they were well receaved
5. Don’t come for me for this one but they treat each other fair with tips I see many places show favoritism ans give more to others and they split in their cubbies evenly I would assume because all around everyone is nice and does great
6.They program your info into a i pad that keeps record of prev service so that you don’t have to remember colors you have chosen , and they have insensitive for discounts after so many appointments

I go here often for pedicures. There is usually a wait and sometimes the staff is rude. They often rush services and have problems following through on what people actually want. I went in recently for a pedicure ($97) and one of the staff told me I looked tired. It was quite rude.

Update: I have absolutely been to this nail salon and receive emails for promos. I even went back and was still treated rudely.

I came here maybe 3 times. The first time I came to V Star they did a decent job. I usually only get nude, pink or French tip. (Basic) My last experience will make me never go back. I had a lady working on my hands and one on my toes. The lady working on my hands was “nice” but she was toooo aggressive. She ended up cutting 4 of my fingers with the file. The one on my pinky hurt the most. It was bleeding and was a deep cut. When she first made it bleed I told her to leave it alone and give me rubbing alcohol & she thought it would be smart to put nail glue on the cut to “close it”. I never looked at someone so crazy in my life. I told her no & let her proceed to finish the other nails. Shortly after she cut my ring finger as well, making it bleed. At that point I was over the whole experience and wanted her to be done. I hate getting cut as it could lead to infections especially with the files they use on multiple people. I didn’t realize before I left she cut both my pointers as well. I ended up crying in pain & was super unsatisfied. Wouldn’t recommend this spot if you want a relaxing experience. I also complained to the manager and she offered “10%” off LOL. I decided to “accept it” & use that towards the tip for the lady who did my toes. Pray my fingers heel soon!

I never got my nails done until 3 months ago. Emili (Emily) is amazing. She really helped me through the overwhelming feeling of nail art. Today I went back with an idea and showed her, she amazes me by her talent! She is worth every dollar spent and more! If I could give her 100 stars, I would. Thanks Emili.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming here since this place opened and have always been a happy customer. I'm never one to complain or ask for something to be fixed as I don't like to make waves but I have had it. For the past 2 times a girl named Annie has done my nails. The last time she didn't cut them, did the refill poorly, and when applying the last clear shellac coat made a huge clump on my thumb nail. As this was Mother's Day I choose not to say anything and chalked it up to them being busy on a holiday. On Saturday I went back and I had Annie again. I decided to give her another chance. Nope, that was a bad idea. I don't know even know where to start. My nails are different lengths - my pointer very long but middle very short and they don't even match their counter parts. The refill wasn't done down to the bottom so there's a gap. They are painted on the sides. I asked for coffin and got square - like chunky square. Two nails are totally going to the side. I said something when I left and asked that I never be assigned to Annie again. The lady at the front desk understood and gave me an extra couple dollars off, which was nice and not something I asked for or expected. When I got home and looked at my nails I just kept seeing more and more things wrong. I called back and asked if I could have them fixed because I was very unhappy. The lady said yes and told me to come back at 10 Monday (today). So I did. Not only was Annie the one assigned to fix my nails, she barely did anything helpful, she just made them worse. She used the drill to file them so now the ends of my nails are rough and ugly. The shape wasn't fixed, the refill wasn't fixed, and when I told her that two nails were crooked she said it was because my finger is crooked! Well that's funny because before Annie I had never once had this complaint. And that was it. I was dismissed with nails that look worse, not better. I am now trying to find a new nail place. Probably Bella Nails in greatwood. I will never come back here.

DON’T GO HERE ! ! !

First time here. It will definitely be my last. Got there at 430pm.

CONS:
- The lady and gentleman at the front desk were not friendly and rude. I requested the express pedicure, $27 for 20min.
- Tacky atmosphere
- Strong smell
- They charge you an extra $5 for certain polishes that are standard at other nail spas.
- There was a baby roach on the floor as I was getting ready to sit down.
- I was not offered any type of beverage or water.
- Took over 1hr. I could tell something was off with my nail tech, turns out she was new.
- I was cut into my nail beds a few times
- They DO NOT put lotion or any moisturizer on your feet for the basic service. They said that’s $5 extra. I told them “you send people out here ashy and dry? Give me the lotion I’ll put it on myself. It doesn’t have to be a massage, I just don’t want to look tacky.”
- When she was done, I looked at my feet and was distraught that she would think it was okay to send a customer out looking like that. I didn’t say anything, I just took a picture. When another nail tech saw me, she ran over and said “no! Let me fix it!”. I told her to wait and let me take my picture, then you may.
- Upon leaving, the front register people told me I must sign up again even after I paid. That was just dumb to even ask that.
- There was no reasonable solution to rectify the HORRIBLE service I received.

PROS:
- If you sign up on their website they will give you 10% off for being a first time client. I did that.
- The water was PERFECT temp.
- Unaware to me, the employees knew that my nail tech was new, so another nail tech came and took all the polish off and repainted while the original nail tech watched.

CONCLUSION:
This place is a NEVER AGAIN go for me. I recommend Executive Nails & Spa. Their prices are the same but you really get an experience there. Beautiful and clean atmosphere and their price for a full service pedicure (with lotion) is $32. Posh Nails is also good. But NOT HERE.

Been here 3 times and every time has been great. Beautiful scenery, friendly staff, and top notch nails. This is definitely my new go to spot.
