WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY: Zurich American insurance company!! After going back and forward with a water damage claim this insurance never gave us any money for any damages. Everything was paid out of our own pockets. Now months later out of nowhere they drop us from the insurance for filling our first and only claim! I guess you do get what you paid for but this company just plain out robbery. Save your hard earn money and stay away from this scammers! Not worth jeopardizing your home. Shame on them for being unreliable, being greedy and disposing of us after stealing our hard work money!

I have had a claim in for my stitches and doctor visit in Iceland. It is June 7, 2024. I fell and split my elbow open on March 28th, 2024. I always make sure I have insurance for out of the country. I have never put in a claim until now. I can't believe I got another email for paperwork. I have a receipt signed when they got it. I will never recommend the insurance company or the travel company I used. They should be ashamed of how they treat Seniors. I am not given up.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE…… I have bumper to bumper coverage and they don’t want to pay for the labor fees. ….. which is covered under my warranty. I have my deductible and that’s it. I don’t pay for full coverage to come out of pocket because they don’t want to pay labor fees of more than 2 hours for my vehicle.

Their insured violated traffic laws and caused collision with my car, it was totalled. They took responsibility, agreed to reimburse and asked to pick up my car. Its been over a month. They don't pick up phones, don't return emails. They plain stole my car. Check out their BBB. They've been notoriously dishonest with their own insured forget about random people like me who never asked to have anything to do with them. RUN FROM THEM.

Absolutely horrible customer service when you need help. They do not act in the interest of the customer. Took months to resolve my claim issues. Still not revolver over 3 months later. Just received resolution phone call week ago to start moving towards a resolution. Absolutely ridiclous!

not only its their fault my car got broken but also while my car was in repair shop they refuse to reimburse me a money for rental!
Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional , takes weeks to reply, never i the office, its better to go elsewhere
